I guess they sold to another company. I have been using 15 years the 2 girls were very professional. Used a tarp and put the grass back in place when done. The new owners tore up my grass charged me $50 more than last year and came a year too early. Was clockwork whole block used them every three years. I will have to find another company now. They finished 30 min ahead of old company and quality shows. I don't mind paying more just was very poor service Service: Septic system installation

HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND I called Stark which is now owned under A&P grease trappers, for a quote for septic field re-routing. They said in order for a quote to be provided, someone had to go to my house and they charge $195 just to provide the quote. I called multiple companies and they were the only ones who did require a fee which should have been my first red flag. So the tech comes to my home, spends 5 minutes there discussing what I need done and leaves without giving a timeline as to when the quote would be available. I called approximately every other day for three weeks inquiring about the quote and no one was able to provide a timeline or target date as to when a quote would be provided. Finally in the 4th week from the home visit, a person named Craig said oh no one told you? You need to go through a different company for the engineering design. How does it take then 4 weeks to figure out they do not perform that service and you have to go to another company. Terrible customer service throughout. Then I was told they would refund the $195. Another few days go by, and the refund never came through so I call again and the billing department said they have nothing saying I am to receive a refund. So I spend another few days calling and dealing with them before the money was returned. The company is absolutely clueless and seemed to be hoping I would just forget they charged me $195 for nothing.
