My wife and I were approached by Mikey Buys Houses LLC:, to buy our home sighting that he was an honest man and a Christian. And we could trust him for these reasons so I signed, the home needed repairs and my wife wanted to live by my family members. In hindsight I remembered two words at the end of the contract, (we were refused a copy) "paper work"?
Because of these two words, we never closed and a contract lien has been placed on our home.
We had three months before an tax foreclosure auction was to start and up to one day before. We had not closed because of those two words "paper work"! First it was an eight year old Capital One closed credit card letter needed, then death certificates needed of family members, then a missing 5ft of property documents not found and on and on until the day before the auction.
