I have been very happy with the service I have received here.  My husband is very hard on his hearing aids and I go to them often to have them cleaned and serviced.  The customer service is wonderful.  Been going to them for about 10 years I think.

Dr. Fevold and staff are great. Got the right hearing aids for my life style. I should have gotten them sooner. Also helped me with a pair of shooters hearing protection that were custom made for me. If you like to shoot guns I would highly recommend a pair to protect your ears.

I have been so happy with the care that I have gotten at Horan & Fevold! These two are second to none! I love my hearing devices and Dr. Horan has been the kindest and most patient audiologist I have ever had the pleasure to see! The tinitus setting is just another tool in my arsenal to fight tinitus. Great Job Dr. Horan and Fevold!

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 10 years, and I have been wearing the same hearing aids(I haven't yet upgraded). My hearing aids still work, but come with a few quirks due to their age. I have been going to Micron Audiology for years prior to moving to Horan and Fevold Hearing Clinic, but haven't been happy with the quality of care at Micron Audiology lately, I have often been dismissed with poor audio quality and extremely uncomfortable settings. Since switching to Dr. Fevold at Horan and Fevold Hearing Clinic, I have seen drastic improvements in my hearing and overall quality of life. Dr. Fevold took the time to hear my concerns and took a new approach to get my hearing aids appropriately dialed in. I'm hearing better now than I was 5 years ago, with no change to my hearing aids. I highly recommend Horan and Fevold Hearing Clinic. Thank you for the exceptional work you do!

I would never go back and pay this kind of money, almost $4,144.00. I paid up front and never went back because of a very rude office assistant. Although I reported her, no one ever called me back. A complete waste of money when your problem is only to enhance your hearing only. All we need is an amplifer in your ear and not be paying for doctors and rude office staff!
