Rude cashier , white old lady rolling her eyes and telling me that I cant just walk to her to cash me out , that I have to wait till she calls me So ridiculous there was no line and she acted like a racist weird KAREN Horrible customer service , they should hire people that want to work and that understands the importance of customers, and not Karens with attitudes

A week before Thanksgiving, one of the largest stores in Houston. 6:30pm. Everybody and their mother shopping and this store has 1 register open and she is waiting for a price check. The line is wrapped around the store. I ask for the manager and they told me he is in the office. I watched no less than 5 people drop their merchandise on the first shelf and walk out. In these tough times and people are trying to spend money and you can't find or hire good staff, you need to look in the mirror. I personally dropped over 500 dollars of merchandise and walked out. Fix it Academy or you are going to lose more customers to the internet. Sad, Sad, Sad.
