Hansen's Doggy Daycare and Spa

I have been bringing my (2) dogs to Hansen's Doggy Daycare for a little over two years now, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. Beyond knowing that Debbie and the rest of the staff are responsible, informed pet owners themselves, I know that they truly care about my dogs. Plus, the dogs love it! The word "daycare" generates as much, or more, excitement as reaction as the word "treat" around here.My experience has been absolutely nothing like the review from Kara L. describes.

My wife and I have been clients of Hansen's since 2015.  The Owner, Debbie Hansen, worked extensively with our first dog to overcome behavior issues which allowed us to keep her as part of our family.  In addition, Debbie worked with our second dog and us to provide us with the tools necessary to integrate her into our family and have a wonderful relationship with our first dog.Although we were sad when Hansen's Day Care closed, we have been pleased with the continued training and support offered by Debbie Hansen and Hansen's K9 Training Academy.Debbie is a credit to the profession and is knowledgeable in her field. She takes a warm friendly approach while providing honest feedback to help the family.  It is not only about training the dog, but training the people and providing them the proper tools for success.  Debbie sets up families and their pets for success.

Hansen's is awful.  The owner was extremely nasty and rude, and while grooming my dog, they put a gash in his front leg.  The vet bill cost $120, to which Hansen's did not apologize nor acknowledge.  Do not go there.
