Having specific needs that will require a Handicap Conversion, Karl Chevrolet is accommodating us to ensure my husband can drive his Truck until the conversion is completed.
Super friendly Staff and we left the Dealership feeling like everyone got the deal they wanted!

All around good experience. Came in from out of town, had everything ready to go for us. Did a great job explaining all the new features on the car. Stayed past closing to make sure we were all taken care of. Much appreciated.

With all the different places we have purchased vehicles from, we have never been treated as well as we have at Karl's Chevrolet in Webster City. For us it was definitely worth the drive and we will be going back if we ever need another vehicle or service on the truck that we purchased from them. Such an amazing group of people that we were able to work with. They definitely go above and beyond.
UPDATE 3/25 We have not changed our minds about Karl Webster City. We had some warranty work that was supposed to have been done a few months ago. Realized that the job was not fully completed or done at all. Cole got us taken care of and kept us informed with everything that was found. Cole inherited a problem that was not his. He went above and beyond to get it taken care of. Never once did he have anything but a great attitude about it. Thank you for everything Cole!!
