I reached out to John back in 2014 to help get my dad's (then 85 years old) paperwork in order. John is incredibly knowledgable, fair, quick with thoughtful responses and thorough. He is also very kind and patient. Our main goal was to do the best we could to avoid any type of probate and John expertly guided us through the entire process. We created a will, revocable trust, health care directive, durable POA etc. We had exactly what we needed, and nothing more. He never tried to "sell" us anything. The time we spent together was stress free and provided both of us with confidence that we had what we needed as we moved forward.
Over the past 10 years John has been available to answer any questions and make changes in designations. We took full time care of dad the last 3 years (dementia), and needed every document created in 2014! It's just much easier when you are in the thick of having to make decisions and the paperwork is already in place! Dad passed away October 31, 2023 and I cannot say enough how a difficult time was not quite as difficult because we were prepared. I trust and highly recommend John Waldron.

Earlier this year, I finally got around to developing my will, health care directive, etc. I contracted with John for assistance in my estate planning. I discovered it was very easy to work with John because of his vast knowledge of effective estate planning. Need similar help, call John.
