Had them replace a bathroom. They never mentioned how bad the wood was rotted on the sides or bottom. Just filled it with spray foam and covered it up. They were so interested in my problem the manager had the secretary call .

Window World did my window replacement and some existing window wrap. I was more then pleased with the outcome.. There is No comparison with this company versus other window companies. From the time I ordered to the time they were finished, everything was very professional and the installers were EXCELLENT!! Not to mention, spot-on on the timeline... Our patio door broke last month, we called Window World and they were very friendly and came out right away to look at it...only that's where the service stopped. They NEVER got back to us with a quote. We tried calling them twice, was once told they hadn't heard back from their supplier and the second time they didn't return the call at all. It is now 6 weeks later and we are taking our business elsewhere. They must not want business as others have the same experience...
