Debris from one of their trucks hit and cracked my windshield. I called, just to see if they happen to cover things such as this. The 1 star review is not for the fact that they would not cover the damage (I didn't have a truck number or anything, so I knew it was unlikely that they would cover it anyway), but for how incredibly rude and unprofessional the man I talked to (Jeff) was to me. He kept telling me "we don't cover damage from road debris", despite the fact I told him I watched the debris come off a pile on the truck. I kept trying to tell him that I understood if they wouldn't cover the damage, considering the lack of evidence, and that I was only calling on the off-chance that they might, but he just kept cutting me off and saying "it's not my problem". I will say the receptionist/person who answered the phone seemed quite friendly, though.
