Working with Mike Kingsley at the same time I submitted an insurance claim, I was able to process the insurance claim and organize the replacement of my roof as quickly as possible. The Diamond crew started the job the week following my approval and they completed it in two days. They did an excellent job and left the property as clean as they found it. as with any construction job it's best to acquire 3 or more estimates, and it's wise to put any sizable job out to bid.U fortunately this was not the case in my condo complex.The form fitted metal sheet "flashing" was never applied to my building.It  was reapplied leaving ripples and dulled white in color with mold..As a resident/ condo owner my call and message left went unanswered.Dumpsters removed today clearly indicates they have no intention to replace it.Need a roofer, look further than here
