I can't say enough bad things about Albert Hall. After I caught one big error, which they then corrected with an amended return (it would have cost us over $1,500), I found two more potential errors. Have been trying to reach someone for two months to no avail. Stay away from them if you can.

I paid Albert Hall to prepare my taxes for the years 2016 2017 2018 and 2019. I am now in trouble with the IRS for those years! Although I paid them to file my taxes electronically, they handing me a pile of papers to handle it myself. I was confused and told them to please handle it. Now I find I am trouble with the IRS and they expect another payment to clean up their mess! The staff seem to be a group of elitist accountants with horrible customer service.. AND THERE'S NO PARKING!
