        WOW, the worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Coming from a customer success manager. The lack of assistance, coupled with the shop owner asking me how much I plan to spend and it being the deciding factor of selling me any jewelry. I had no idea how much I planned to spend because I didnt get a chance to see any of the inventory. Do not shop here..or attempt to!

        Attempted to go there to replace the battery in two watches, and the attendant refused to let me in though they were clearly open with other customers inside. Perhaps he didn't like the color of my skin. But the arbitrary refusal of service needs to be known.
