        I was just writing to say how impressed I was with Ray and Mike. Even though the snaking of the driain caused a leak, they were nothing but professional throughout the experience. I've actually just scheduled your company to come replace the pipe in question, and I think that speaks volumes about the quality of service Ray and Mike provided.
