Channel Square Apartments

The management is great I really dont have any issues with them. But after they leave the residence start to act out. Their kids leave trash everywhere, they let the dogs poop anywhere and they like to have their musics blasting on a random weekday night. I love living at the wharf but I shouldn't have to come home to that. Other then that the neighborhood is pretty quiet its just a few with no regards for others.

Actually NO STARS Moved here 6years ago and it was quiet, no rodents, and they kept their units up. For the last 2 years I've dealt with mice, water leaks, mold, mushrooms in my carpet, pee leaking from my ceilings ALL THE TIME MY house flooded Sept.29,2023 They asked me was my dogs authorized while we standing in puddles of water The main water pipe bust and Habitat America didn't accommodate me Their Regional Manager was very rude, disrespectful, and they treat their tenants inhumane The owners of this property literally sent me and my kids to a hotel because Management did NOTHING!! Fast forward to TODAY my ceilings is leaking The Emergency Plumbers didn't leave my house until 2:30AM and that's unacceptable for a single mother of 6. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS They give u a option to have renters insurance but as soon something goes wrong they scream renters insurance so why not make mandatory especially because these buildings are old Our water runs on the same line so if I have a leak and they have to cut the water off NOBODY has water The places need to be updated REAL BAD I'm sorry that I even moved here The pictures is how my home looks as I'm typing This is how they left my home We can't use the bathrooms or shower If we do urine will be on our heads UNACCEPTABLE SLUM LORDS DOB would deem this unit uninhabitable and unsanitary especially for KIDS

Have been waiting since. DEC9,2022 FOR MY SECURITY DEPOSIT..Channel Square / Habit America, as of today..4/24/23 have yet to return it..since Dec9,2022
