Sump pump replaced, they did a great job BUT the bill was $836 before they started. After 3 calls no one at NEW has been able to itemize the bill for me. Parts are approx $130, so how did they get $700 for two guys? If they can't itemize the bill I can't trust them to do open-ended work for me. (I will amend this review AFTER I get an itemized bill.)

I really appreciate Adam who came out to replace a part in my furnace. He is knowledgeable, professional, and did his work in a timely manner. Thank you for the quick response to my phone call.

They came out and unplugged my toilet and disconnected it to fix it then once they got the part said I needed $300 on hand and they wouldn't fix it until I have the the cash when they usually Bill me and left my toilet completely apart since I didn't have the money. Since they changed owners never will I use this company again!

We have been without water 3 days. Sent someone out and the person said it was our electric breakers and we spent a long time changing them out. After going under the house the pump was not even checked on.

Sump pump replaced, they did a great job BUT the bill was $836 before they started. After 3 calls no one at NEW has been able to itemize the bill for me.
