        Took 4 hours for a simple wisdom tooth extraction, Only 1 tooth. Dr. Brock Spangle the 27 year old tripped one of his assistants in the room causing her to fall. He was extremely careless in regards to the rest of my teeth knocking them as he was trying to pull out the tooth. He also never stitched the hole closed or gave me antibiotics after the procedure.
