Dr. Propato is wonderful. She treats patients the way they should be treated. She really cares and it shows. I have had a lot of bad experiences with Doctors and as a result it is difficult for me to feel comfortable in a Doctors office. But everyone here is so warm and caring.

I waited for 35 minutes for my appointment. What a terrible disappointment. Dr. Propato didn't even apologize for being late. It's unfortunate that patients aren't considered important. How sad that it comes back to me. Why not call the patient and say, I am running behind. Do you have time still? I have my own stuff going on, a long day and a family. I don't mind being late for an appointment, but 35 minutes late? Patients have lives too. I was several minutes early for my appointment too. It's just unfortunate. Oh, I didn't mention the fact that patient confidentiality was not observed, which was ultimately why I left. The older gentleman in the room next door to me was trying to decide when to have his foot operated on. Walking past, I was even more upset, the patient's door was open. Timing, patient confidentiality and understanding is imperative. No apologies. Just sad.
