First Cut Lawn Care and Snow Removal

Excellent service, and I never have to worry about whether or not they'll show up. *A week after I left this review I received a message from Joe that he will be shutting down his lawn business. So now I have to find someone else. Service: Lawn mowing/maintenance

Was in touch with Joe Kelly on March 22nd via email who was very responsive at the time, and we agreed to lawn cutting service at my address. It was estimated that there would be about 2 cuts by the end of April. It is April 27th and this company has not shown up once to cut my lawn and has not contacted me or responded to my attempts to contact them. I emailed Joe Kelly on April 23rd asking when he expected to be out to cut my lawn. I called him and left him a voicemail on April 26th at 11:00am, stating that if he doesn't get back to me by the end of the day I would find another company. He still didn't respond. Now I'm scrambling to try to find another company to come cut my grass ASAP before it gets any longer.
