Have been using this service for over 7 years, had good experience with customer service as well as their machine. The only problem I have had is that I have requested several times the email of results be changed, as I don't have access to the email originally on file, however, it still has yet to be completed. Even with phone call to do so. It would be nice to have the report email that I have submitted the results.

Very good company! Been with them at least 5-6 years. No complaints, and the new way to report your weekly result online is so easy!

I've been using this service for two years and have had great experience with staff, training to use the PT/INR meter, and getting supplies in a timely fashion. The monthly fee is reasonable and beats the trip to the hospital to have my blood drawn. Highly recommended

I have used this service for 2 years now. They are very efficient, get supplies out in timely manner and have been top notch. The office staff answering the phone are very pleasant and caring.
