TNT is managing an eight unit complex for me from full gut and renovation through finding tenants for all eight units. Their thoroughness throughout the process has far exceeded my expectations. The advice they can give owners on what is necessary during a renovation to achieve a low maintenance visually appealing property was an unexpected bonus. I highly recommend their services and would have no hesitation in using them for all of my future rental purchases.

Troy and Tina are very reliable, trustworthy, and easy to work with. You can't go wrong by using their services!

Would give zero stars if possible. Worst renting experience ever. They are very rude and their descriptions were misleading. Rented an apartment with a partially finished basement listed as a “rec room” but were told after moving in that it could only be used for storage. We cleaned the apartment, had the carpets professionally cleaned, and even touched up the walls with paint they provided before we moved out. Not only did they not return our $850 security deposit, they sent a bill claiming they spent almost $700 to paint the unit and $270 to clean it. Will never rent from them again and will never recommend anyone to rent from them. Horrible experience. Fortunately we were able to buy a house and will never have to deal with horrible landlords like TNT again.
