        When you go to eat you expect a reasonable service for your money. Well, this isnt that place. I ordered a chicken carbonara and it was very bland, hardly any sauce and really bad. I called and complained. I said I will return the product. The person said that they will give credit and add it to my account. When I went back to get the replacement, they refused citing that it is not in their system. Is it not their responsibility to provide proof of credit? How can I do it from my end? Very bad food service and very bad customer service. Please avoid this location if you can.

        The person taking the order was at a call center and had trouble speaking English, a large pizza was the size of a small or medium in most other restaurants. And the drinks were incorrect. Disappointed to say the least. Will not be ordering from there again.

        Dont waste your time and money. Twice now I've ordered on line only to try to call an hour later to find out what my order was "delayed" or not even in the oven. Or they just don't answer. If you can't fulfill orders, shut the orders down or call and let people know the situation.
