People who worked there were nice enough. Never got the pool ready til June for some reason. Cheap.

I am new to the area and to Oakdale Villas. This is my first apartment and i was welcome by the staff and friendly neighbors. The staff is very knowledgeable about the area and gave me lots great information. This is a very quiet area and over all i am enjoying living here .

I would not live here, so far we have been here for about 5 months. this place is a joke, they have the pool ready but they keep a lock on the gate all the time to where no one can ever swim. My air condition has went out multiple times and it takes multiple days to get someone to fix it. The maintenance people don't know what they're doing. I had a hole in my wall and my air would leak to the apartment below us, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. So i had to stuff a towel in the hole so the apartment below us would stop having their ceiling fall on them. Also the assistant manager property owner is never here, she takes like 3 hour lunch breaks and never comes back half of the time. And to top it all off, our vehicles were broken into, windows were smashed and we had to call the police, and our vehicles weren't the only ones, our neighbor vehicle was broken into as well. So i would not recommend living here.
