Terrible. Poorly trained, sometime rude, dismissive house staff. If Abilities gets a great employee, they push them out. They lie to get a client and then change the rules. They gaslight and denigrate family members to keep them away. They do not follow ISP goals. They do not follow client's individual dietary needs. I had to withdraw my daughter from a group home here as she was being punched by another client and her health and teeth were neglected.
After complaining to the office, on several occassions, the treatment and attitude toward my daughter became even more dismissive. I am so delighted she is no longer there. Please find your loved one better placement.
