We were working with a pretty tight budget after a total loss and walked away very happy with our purchase. We had checked our other dealerships, but ultimately found DCH Wappingers Falls to be the most trustworthy.
We had initially looked at a used vehicle we were somewhat set on that hadnt been through the shop yet. The mileage was higher, so we knew it could have been iffy. The team found some issues with the older vehicle and let us know they didnt feel comfortable selling us it, expressing sincere apologies.. we just felt very relieved to working with such reliable people.
Michael and Dylan got us into a fantastic used vehicle, within our budget, with total confidence. After everything was signed, Michael helped us set up the CarPlay system and showed us all the little features that I (not a car person) genuinely wouldnt have known about otherwise. He also took the care to remove a few small decals that the detailing team had missed initially.
Im not one to normally leave a review, but I looked at so many in trying to find a dealership to work with, and can not say enough good things about DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota. Ask for Michael and Dylan!

It was an all day affair so good thing the staff was fantastic! our salesman Daniel and I hit it off like brothers, great vehicles to choose from and test drove many and picked the Rav4 2021 LE several plans to make life easier and they work with all of the banks to get the best rate. The quality of service was great. Our salesman, Joe DeGroodt, was very helpful and kind. We went in looking at minivans one morning and left later that day with a brand new one from the dealership! He took care of everything and made the whole process super easy. He never felt pushy, and explained everything and tried to get us the best deal possible. We also had our 3 year old son with us and he was so patient with him, even allowing him to play with fidget toys on his desk and showing him videos of his pets on his phone. He went above and beyond and we would recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
