This is the first time I am writing a bad review. I contacted this company in order to repair my central AC, knowing that I have a leak in the system. I got a quick response and was very exited to get somebody to check the system and take care of the problem. Michael came and offered to refill AC refrigerant and promised that it will keep AC working till September and in the fall, when his business will slow down, he will call and come back to work with us in order to fix the problem. With no experience about AC repair we believed him and paid him $600.00 he asked for.
And the result is.... AC doesn’t work since the moment he left, I called several times, left numerous messages, Michael didn’t respond at all.
Finally I was able to reach him, he denied everything and simply said that he doesn’t have time to come back and take care of the problem. I was speechless. I always support small local businesses and hoped for long business relationships with this company in order to maintain my AC working, but at the end, was extremely disappointed and very upset.
I will not recommend this business for service because the head of this company is unreliable, irresponsible and unprofessional. Service: AC repair
