      image I am a tenant at the Carlton in HTX, owned by Bridge Partners & managed by RPM. The past month has been my worst experience in rental living to date; Ive rented for the last 17 years. Despite multiple units being flooded by a burst pipe in the building, relocation was refused. Black mold was found during flooding, which is a serious health hazard. Rent adjustment has been refused. Lease termination without penalty has been refused. Mold grew for weeks until I bought a dehumidifier. Rent is increasing by 40% while the grounds continue to deteriorate in these apartments built in the 80s. It is clear that their model is profit over people. This has been reflected in all conversations Ive had with management. Community, regional.. none of them care. All responses are copy & paste, if anyone responds at all. True disappointment - steer clear of any property owned by this group!
