        Took my original key that took me 6 months to find for a rare vehicle. They cut it and then told me that it wouldnt work, gave it back to me and told me to get lost. Wouldnt even compensate the cost of the key that they just ruined. Customer service = garbage

        Very quick! I was there for 2-3 minutes and 2 of my keys were duplicated. Very reliable unlike those duplicating machines which are often out of order. Paid around $7 for each key tax included. The best in the area!!! This is a place that offers everything about keys, safes, etc.

      -I understand Kosta's frustration and I apologized for the dilemma that was created. -Bomac's can not guarantee customer supplied key blanks. -The key blank that Kosta supplied was incorrect for his car. It was literally impossible to make the key blank provided by Kosta to work in his locks even if we had not fouled his key. -Yes, we fouled his key.-Yes, I did offer to provide the correct key (at a $7.50 cost) which he declined. -After he declined my offer of the correct key, I asked what solution Kosta might suggest knowing that we could not guarantee customer supplied key blanks. He declined to offer. I asked him again as he was in his car. He eventually rolled down his window, replied "no worries" and "peeled out" as he drove away.
