We were very pleased with our experience with Swan Pools - they provided us with great advice throughout the process, and showed a lot of flexibility. The whole team was very pleasant and responsive - from Joe Dicus at the beginning of the process, to Mike Morey throughout the execution of the various parts, and of course Chantel Villalobos who was a delight to interact with for the coordination of the whole project. We look at lots of companies and chose Swan because of both price and responsiveness. John, our initial contact and designer was great. We clicked with him, he gave us great ideas and helped us stay in budget with the pool design that we wanted. We had a complicated setup and when we ran into some issues, he took over and saw it to the end. Our pool is better than we could have imagined when we started our project.

Swan Pool Walnut Creek team built our pool which was a somewhat complex hillside project. We found the team to be professional and responsive. We love the end results. It is worth noting that the pool was part of a larger hillside project, so I personally spent a lot of time researching and coordinating. The number of questions and hiccups in such a project are many, and really requires the home owner to be involved and do a lot of research along the way. A pool project is not an "off the shelf" product, so there is a need for the home owner to be informed and engaged. I guess an alternative would be to hire a landscape architect you trust to do this management, but in my view it is not a true substitute for the homeowner him/herself. The call to get a quote was responded about a week later and the woman was professional but she advised that the sales rep will be another individual who will respond and make an appointment to come and give us quotes. About 2 weeks from that call, a sales lady by the name of Heidi called and she made an appt time to come and look at the property and give us a price quote . They were the 3rd company that we have interacted with to get pool Quotes and we wanted 3 solid quotes to make a comparison. Long story short, Heidi came and measured and that was the last that we heard from the company and her. Heidi informed that a quote will be sent within a week. As of today, almost 2 months later I have yet heard back. An attempt to reach Heidi lead to her voicemail and which I have left a message inquiring on that quote. No response. Not professional at all. Pools are not small jobs and we want the best information and company to give a great work and service . Too bad Swan Pool was not professional and this was just step 1.
