        Gina is awesome.  I have known her for some time and have dealt with her on a professional level.  She is always extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The property always looks great.  Keep up the great work, Gina!

        These apartments have been really good to live in. Pros: Well maintained daily, repairs are prompt, living space is well-kept and much more spacious than the website seemed to indicate, property manager Gina is very nice and was VERY patient helping us, tries hard to keep standards in place, too. Cons: Trash pick-up at 5am three days a week (Mon, Wed, Fri) can get very loud, carwash plays loud music a couple times a week in the middle of the night, washing machines go out a lot (and are fixed soon after), and parking is not great if you're handicap (only one shared space at the top of the hill, which means you need use your assigned space down the hill or on the street or around the block). Overall, pretty liveable if you're okay with all that. You get used to the noise. I've heard far worse things in virtually all other apartment reviews around here that we can afford.
