Lacked care in what they do, 0 stars. They said I would have a private room, there where 3 beds in my room. No compassion for myself who underwent major stomach surgery.

This place is a death trap for your loved ones. I highly suggest not placing them at this facility. Lack of care and empathy for the people that are placed here.

There is nothing excellent about this place. I took my mother out of here after 2 hours. This was over a year ago and she has since passed away. In the 2 hours I was there my interactions with the staff was fine it was not there fault on how under staffed they were. Do not put your loved ones in this place.

Honestly this place deserves 0 stars. Do not send your loved ones here. My family sent my grandmother here about 3-4 weeks ago as she needed 24/7 care. A week later she’s back in the hospital, full of bed sores, her health declining rapidly. She said the CNAs and Nurses refused to dress and help her out of bed. They tried saying she refused her meds but in reality they just didn’t feel like cleaning her up if she were to have an accident as some of her meds cause her to have frequent bowel movements. Some of the staff even mocked her calling her a big baby and to grow up while she was asking for help. They blamed lack of staffing as a excuse of medical neglect. If your that understaffed, don’t take in seniors with severe health issues since your staff won’t have the time to care for them properly. I’m just thankful she got to spend her final days in the hospital and in a hospice facility as the techs and nurses there seemed to care more about her well-being than majority of the workers at this facility. My family spoke with upper management at this facility but they didn’t seem to care much about my grandmother’s experience here. Please don’t send your loved ones here. Sincerely, a healthcare worker who deals with elderly patients on a daily basis.
