Les came out to my office, was rude in front of me and my clients. Left without completing the job, hung up on me mid-sentence when I called to express concern. Never experienced anything like it.

These folks are very diligent. They have been around 25 years. They were the only outfit I interviewed for my furnace that sent me a proposal with a price. I interviewed someone from Home Depot and his price was sky high. The HVAC Craftsmen they sent out were quite a team and they knocked my job out quite quickly. I am very satisfied with ENT. Thank you!

ENT installed a ground-source heat pump ("geothermal") in our house in 2012, with a backup hot water loop for emergency heat. On Friday, Dec 29, 2017, the heat pump stopped working. We also discovered that the pump for the emergency heat had never been wired in, so we had NO heat. That weekend was a three-day holiday weekend, with high temperatures in the TEENS. When we called for emergency service on Friday evening, the technician refused to come to our house, "I can't get involved in that, it will have to wait for next week." I will never pay ENT a dime for any work. I wouldn't trust them with anything, much less a critical system in my house that I'm spending thousands of dollars on. Be warned, Connecticut!

Spoke with "Les". Didn't get three words in about my issue before he tried to sell me his full package (diagnostic etc) and then told me he "wasn't interested in helping me" before hanging up on me. Obvious shysters; they want to sell you the diagnosis, extra equipment, and labor. Rude and uninformed to boot. Avoid.
