First of let me say this vision center is amazing! Dr. Jennifer is so very sweet and helpful, went above and beyond for me even though my eyeglasses issue was NOT caused by them or even purchased there! The salesperson that helped me(and I apologize for not knowing her name!) was also AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend using Pearle Vision for all of your vision needs!

First I made an appointment just for them to have double booked me, so I had to wait. I re-scheduled out and waited three months for an appointment and they confirmed they accepted my insurance. So after waiting three months, I took time out of my work day to come just for them to tell me they dont accept my insurance. This is both time lost and money! Absolutely ridiculous! The people scheduling appointments have no idea what theyre doing! Would not recommend.

Awful location! Wait, let me rephrase that. The person left in charge of customer services and relations on August 31 2020 was AWFUL. Completely disrespectful and extremely rude. I went to this location due I had to get a new pair of prescription sunglasses made in a hurry. I had lost my previous pair in the ocean (typical of the location). The prescription I had was within 1 year as well. Being that I am a Veteran and go to the VA for all of my medical and vision needs, it was clear I was going to be paying out of pocket and expressed this to the lady. She rudely insisted I wait for the doctor and schedule for an exam. She mentioned they do have a machine to read the glasses prescription but wouldn't use it due I was never seen by the doctor there before. I have previously gone to Pearle Vision in the past, but clearly a different location. I began to express how much of an emergency this situation was due my extremely sensitive eyes. She began to talk over me, raise her voice that she wasn't going to do anything about my situation and proceeded to close the door and lock it. Which by the way, the door was locked upon arrival at 1017AM when the location is supposed to open at 10am. Even the UPS delivery guy said something about the door being locked during business hours. Horrible first impression of this location. And to the lady working that day... YOU ARE RUDE AF and honestly shouldn't be working in customer service. I am a United States Combat 100% permanently disabled Veteran that needed new glasses in a hurry. If you understood our VA system... you'd know it takes weeks just to get an appointment. GREAT JOB LADY... AMERICA REALLY SUPPORTS YOUR ATTITUDE.
