        I recently signed a lease for a rental where my landlord is friends with the owner of this company. Just THREE days after signing our lease we saw bed bugs crawling on our walls. Jon came and sprayed yet we continued to see them for over a month and our landlord finally called him back. He said he saw no signs of them and didnt spray again. Not even a week later I see 3 more crawling on my carpet. I was never even able to move my furniture in. Since my landlord and the owner of this company are good friends, they are BOTH now accusing me of bringing the bugs in even though I never even brought ANY of my furniture into that house because of the bed bugs that they refused to get rid of. Thankfully, I have pictures of everything. 0/10 do NOT recommend this company. Extremely unprofessional and bold face LIED saying I brought bugs into a house that I never even moved into. Not to mention, whatever they sprayed didnt even work. Service: Bed bug extermination

        When I called for an appointment, the lady was so nice & helpful. Jon, the guy that came out, & did what he had to do quickly but suffiently. He didn't rush off. He answered questions that I had. He was very knowledgeable in what he does. I definitely recommend them if you are in need for pest control.

      I am sorry you are unhappy. I do tell everyone, which every company does do to insurance policies, that we do not guarantee bed bugs up front however I did inspect this property 3 weeks after treatment and your husband was there with me and we saw no live bugs. The only pictures I received from your landlord were of crickets and this chemical does not kill them which I explained to the landlord and your husband. I did tell the landlord you never moved furniture inside and that you could NOT have brought the bugs inside the property as well. I am not sure who you got this information from but it is false. I promise I never said these things and always try to go above and beyond to help everyone with any pest control issues.
