Corner Post performed a survey of my lake house in Shapleigh Maine. They provided an accurate survey, and gave me good advice on how to manage the property that I own.
They could have been a bit more responsive, but in the end, I liked the product that they produced.

This place is as local to my home as you can get. Luckily they dont need business as after 6 months of calling and stopping in Ive yet to even get a call back. Sadly will need to use someone not local after wasting 6 months trying to give this company a chance. I rarely give a bad review but honestly what a waste of my time waiting on a call back.

Used Cornerpost to do an extensive survey in Wells ME. Very unresponsive. Very slow. The survey crew was pleasant , efficient and professional. This is the type of company that you must email or call multiple times to get any response. This is we will get to it when we can operation. You have to hold them accountable because customer service is not a priority. I do not think this business would thrive in a more competitive environment.
The goal of this survey was to subdivide a family lot so that a house could be built on it. the abutting lots needed to file boundary line agreements as abutting lots had not been previously surveyed. All parties were surprised when they found that the survey had not been filed with the County. This should have been done proactively. If a pinning letter is required for a permit one would think that this would be provided proactively in a 10k plus survey. Again , another week of teeth pulling a delays.
