**UPDATE**: I really appreciate how quickly the MedFirst Regional Coordinator, Colleen Wickerham, reached out to me and assured me they are getting more staffing help for the WF location. She was very genuine and thus I am increasing my review to a 4-star review, and we will be returning the next time someone is our house gets sick. Thanks for being so proactive Colleen and reaching out to provide this extra bit of detail!! :-) I will first off say that Maria Marshall the PA-C is amazing as many others have already stated!!! My issue with this facility is certainly not with her. Its the front desk (or lack thereof) and the Site Coordinator, Joyce. Both times we visited recently, we had to work with Joyce. To say she enjoys working there would be quite inaccurate. She is mostly unpleasant and apathetic. My daughter honestly was wondering if Joyce was mad at her, which of course I told her no of course not. It might be Joyce is just simply overwhelmed, as I asked her if she wears a lot of hats around here, and she said OHHH YES. We came in both times to an empty front desk, and Joyce would eventually appear several minutes later without any greeting or smile. She ran the front desk, the triage area, AND the lab area where blood is drawn. As much as my daughter loved Maria Marshall and her friendliness and warmth, we will probably not be returning simply because of the staffing issues. Hope this helps someone.
