Very professional young man who was thorough in his work and explanation of it! So refreshing to see someone who cares about his quality of knowledge of his work. Luis I believe was his name. The results were fantastic! Carpet looks new!

We had a great experience with Zerorez! We called in and got an appointment set up for the next day to come out to measure the area to be cleaned. We had the estimate the same day they measured and scheduled for service the following week! The guy who came was named Bryan and he was very personable and professional! Cleaned the carpets in no more than an hour and gave us all the directions on staying safe (not slipping when we go to the bathroom bc our shoes are wet) and letting the carpets dry for about 8-10 hours. Very nice guy! We would definitely recommend Zerorez!

Great service and very reasonable prices. I called on a Monday to have about 650sqft cleaned. I immediately received an estimate on the phone and was able to get on their schedule for Wednesday. Adam called 30 minute before his arrival. He was very friendly and professional. He cleaned the carpet and they look fantastic. I will call Zerorez for my next carpet cleaning job. Thank you!!!!
