Katie did a PHENOMENAL job on my vintage, yellow, cotton velvet couch. We had greasy/ashy stains on the couch caused by remodeling work that wasn't well isolated and Katie was able to get every stain out and the couch looks brand new! Truly cannot recommend highly enough!!

I've been working for a cleaning business running multiple carpet, cleaning trucks and Oriental rug operation for over 30 years We do our absolute best to provide great service to our customers. When we experience great service from another company we just have to say it. As The expression goes "see the good, say the good" In the service world, there are some companies and staff that will go above and beyond what you expect. We call it exceed your expectations. This was my experience with Pettyjohns! From the moment, I contacted them ;kind of late at night after hours , They were extremely cordial, professional, and interested in providing a solution to a different type of request. Katie was courtesy, concerned and more than willing to assist. Her technician Steven Was also extremely professional, helpful, courteous , punctual and conscientious. It is one thing to do good quality work, but it's a whole different level when the company you are working with makes it so you never feel that you're putting them out. I love old rugs. I purchased a worn 1920s Mahal this past summer and my dogs decided to pee all over it to make it theirs. I found a recommendation for Pettyjohns on a website dedicated to the proper cleaning of old wool rugs. I called them and they helped me understand the process that would need to be done to get them clean and smell-free. I picked up the rug yesterday and it looks amazing and doesnt have any of dog odor left! I will happily drive the hour each way in the future to have them care for my treasured Persian rugs.
