We love this dental office. My family and I have been going to this office for twenty years under the old owner and still going to it with the new owner, Dr. Thomas. Barbara is one of the hygienists that has been there for over twenty years, my family see's her at every visit, she's great. The office is up to date , clean and very welcoming. I highly recommend this dental office.

The receptionists are lovely people. Dr. Duncan, however, made me uncomfortable right from the get-go. He asked too many questions about my personal life choices (what does this tattoo mean, why do you have that tattoo, why do you color your hair this color and that color, etc). I felt like I was being teased every time I went in there (I visited this dentist 2-3 times). I get it, he's from a different time/generation. But I found his idea of small talk to be unprofessional. Oh, not to mention that the 2 small cavities (my first cavities ever) he filled were a complete botch job. Like another Yelper mentioned on here, I also have to find a different dentist to repair the "work" he's done.

I went to Dr. Duncan several years ago. I had a couple root canals and crowns. He as a person, is very nice. But unfortunately he failed to do his job correctly. After years of having these two crowns (and an implant), I got them x-rayed to find out why I was in such pain. Come to find out, the root canals he did were not thoroughly finished. Some of my root remained in my gums. Not only was his work incomplete, the crowns he put in are loose and have completely risen up. Because of these issues, I had to see an Endodontist. (a dentist who can reach the bottom of the root to remove it). And nooooowwwwwww, the crowns (and implant) that I paid so much for, were just removed. Long-story-short, all the work he did, needs to be redone. Literally, all the work.I just love the dentist!
