Patient First was a lifesaver!!! Was having issues with a throbbing ear and Dr Spinks came to the rescue. Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Will definitely use Patience First in the future.

This facility has been my place to go when unable to schedule an appointment with my primary care doctor. It is clean and preferable to going to the emergency room. I've been using this particular office for years and they never disappoint. Located in the vestibule, complementary masks and sani wipes are offered. The waiting area is clean and instructions for mask wearing, and social distancing are clearly marked. Every other chair is marked for seating. There are restrooms that are readily accessible off the waiting room area. Check-in is done by touchscreen. Intake is done at a cubicle located off the waiting area. Wait time is proportional to the number of patients at any given time. Vitals are taken and your particular reason for coming in is assessed. From there you are sent to a private room with a curtain. If any xrays and blood work etc. are needed, it is done before the doctor arrives. A usually short wait for the doctor, a diagnosis is made and if any medications are needed, they can usually be given at the facility. The physicians I have had are courteous and thorough, especially Dr. Post.

Founded in 1981, Patient First Medical Centers provide urgent care, primary care, and occupational health services on a non-appointment, walk-in basis from 8 am to 8 pm, 365 days a year. Telehealth services are also available on a non-appointment basis from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday â€“ Thursday, and 8 am to 6 pm on Fridays. Patient First physicians and staff care for routine injuries and illnesses, and provide women's medical services; vaccinations; annual, sports, and school physicals; workers' comp/work injury care; DOT physicals; and more.
