Given the unfortunate circumstances, I had a fantastic experience with United Restoration. Joe was my point of contact and project manager for the entire process and made my experience as smooth as it can possibly be. He listened to every last one of my concerns and set up everything to be fixed making everything a breeze for me. As much as I felt like I was worrying him he never made me feel like I was a bother. I can not thank him enough for all he has done. Thank you Joe!

I am a retired insurance claims professional from a top tier carrier and have recommended United Restoration to 100's of our policy holders over my 28 years, knowing that United Restoration would do the best job with quality and integrity. They have done 1000's of jobs in the Hampton Roads area, and would not sacrifice their quality of service by taking on more than they can serve. They will give it to you straight! If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would.

Dwayne Bowman and United made a very stressful situation better. His attention and United's trust in him and professional work even when the insurance company was playing games delaying payments was noteworthy. I would not use anyone else in VA Beach / Chesapeake / Hampton Roads area. This recommendation is after being "steered" to use initially and consider other companies recommended by my insurance company. On stop for everything needed for water damage, mitigation, reconstruction and repair. Wish I had known the bad advise from my insurance company first when I found out the first company my insurance sent in was only "dry and rip it out, we don't actually repair or fix what we rip out". ASK THAT QUESTION FIRST NO MATTER HOW FAST YOU NEED HELP should you have an emergency!! United and Dwayne were truly great. Dwayne has even continued to help with other items and recommendations on contractors after his work was done. Thank you Dwayne and United!!
