Independence at Town Center

Independence townhomes have a major pest control issue. Neighbors and I have complained about multiple issues in the home. After our lease is up. We will be moving $1865.00(not including water) is too much of rent cost for this area.

Ok yall, when I first moved in, I was highly disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit and I made up in my mind that I was going to leave a poor review when I left HOWEVER, COMMA, my experience with the maintenance and leasing team got better and better by the day. Yea, you can tell the units are a little older BUT the bathroom and kitchen were beautiful and of good quality! (The soft closed cabinet were a nice touch as well ) The cabinet space is out of this world, so much space, that some of our cabinets were empty. The bathrooms are very nice but there is no linen closet. We fixed that issue quite easily. Bought a little linen cabinet from Amazon and put it in the hallway outside the bathroom. Every time and I mean EVERY TIME I put in a trouble ticket, maintenance was prompt honey! ANDDDD the leasing office ladies always called me to follow up to make sure everything was still working properly. They also called before they entered to make sure it was ok if I wasnt home even though I put it was ok on the ticket. Parking was also GREAT for me and my family, we always had 2 spots right in front of our door and plenty of parking for visitors. The ONLY thing that was a little problematic for my family was the fact that it was only a one and a half bath; dont know about you but it sucked having to share a bathroom with an 8 year old boy lol. But I appreciate my experience at Independence at Town Center. 5 s from me !
