        Cannot cut straight hair. Definition of a bowl cut and football helmet that I have to now correct at home. Edges were not cleaned. Uneven trimming. Unsure how this passed licensure.

        Worst haircut Ive ever received. I went in for a trim and layers. I left with no layers, short bangs, and 4 inches chopped off. She cut my wavy hair dry, leaving it very choppy and uneven. I even asked for more layering, because thats what I went in for, and the woman told me no. I couldnt be more upset.

        Will not be back. Store closed 2 hours before posted signage. Was told by 3 women they were short staffed. I had kept an eye on their online check-in and it was always under 10 min. They had little to no business all day. Day before Easter. Was trying to get haircuts for my boys Easter photos. Service: Haircut
