        Frankie was the tech I dealt with. I called him on a Sunday in a panic about bed bugs.. he came within hours to inspect and confirmed my fear. I was a wreck but he was very calm, caring, and empathetic they came a few days later all the while keeping in contact in between. Him and Dean were AWESOME! They made the whole process so much easier than I had expected. They went ABOVE and beyond from helping wrangle my cat in her crate to helping me open the doors of my running car when my dog locked the doors right before I was going to leave they kept in touch thru the whole treatment with updates and really did anything they could to make a super stressful time less stressful.. They warned me the house would be a disaster when I came home and I expected the worse but they even put our electronics back in the rooms they came from the place wasnt bad at all and I could clearly see that they put effort into not leaving it completely torn apart.. every part of the experience was so much better than I had expected it to be!!!! No bugs and piece of mind!! Great company, great techs, I highly recommend them!! Services: Bed bug extermination, General pest inspection

        Frankie and his tech guy was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! They came out and inspected my apartment and found what the other inspector couldnt find (the inspector my apartment complex trusts) they came ON TIME and was so nice and professional!!! I wouldnt recommend nobody else but them !!! Service: General pest inspection
