Great experience! Only thing to watch out for there's no bouys in the water to mark the no wake zone towards the beach(No Fault of their own). Otherwise you may wander a little close but they'll let you know if you do.

Sooooo much fun! Friendly front desk staff! Some staff was a bit unprofessional! Definitely don't feel alone in the middle of the ocean. The staff is right there if something were to happen. They are eon jet skis waiting to assist you and they can see you sooo fat away. If you fall into the water, theyll be there to get you back on the jet ski in no time.Had a minor hiccup with the jet skis at the end (it started to beep in the middle of the ocean and starting losing power. Buy the staff immediately came and stayed with me and made sure I made it back to safety. Overall great experience! Will def!!!! return when I come back to VA Beach. 30min was definitely enough ride time!

Our Experience could not have been better! Booked an hour Jetski rental online for myself and daughter. Very professional outfit and made me feel at ease with the safety precautions which was my biggest concern going in. They spent plenty of time going over the boundary area and operation of equipment. They have a safety boat out at all times with several other staff on Jetskis patrolling the area constantly keeping an eye out on the riders. Keep in mind that you will be riding in open ocean so conditions can vary depending on the day and weather. The Jetskis are large enough that they handle the waves well. The equipment also appeared well maintained. Staff was friendly and informative. Very professional and personable. Thanks Robin, we had a great time!!!
