Thank you for your review Alex so I can explain and let everyone know the other side of the story. When you resigned a new agreement with me I gave you a free quarterly service along with a free mosquito treatment for that year of 2021. You didn’t sign it , but your wife did. Which is funny that your being ugly concerning I have tried my best to help you out. Your wife agreed to have additional 9 more services done. Just to enlighten you that military orders do not dissolve a service contract. That only deals with housing not service agreements. I did how ever offer to allow you to have another person take it over if you found someone. Your family never took me up on that nor did you send the cert mail cancellation letter. Which is in your agreement as you have been sent multiple times. To add more to my confusion is that We call before we come out and you have never called me once to tell me you didn’t live there. On top of that you get emails stating I was there. So, inclusion I stand by my agreement and do what they say. The BBB has now told you that you failed to go by your agreement and your complaint isn’t valid. I see there is no working with your family now since you have continued to blast me in every way possible. Your account will now go to my attorney. This is really disappointing concerning when I talked to your wife I told her I would work with her. So unfortunately that is off the table now. PS The only ppl that place negative reviews are clients that don’t complete agreements and feel entitled or don't pay. You have never seen on here that I can’t get rid of pest or any other complaint.

Thank you for your review. You called at 2am price shopping and got upset that there was an after hours charge. It is extremely rare for any company to give you normal rates for after hours, weekends, or holidays calls. We are 24/7 , but like any other business when you call and request service after normal business hours there are extra charges. I did tell you I wasn’t interested when you told me you were price shopping and you never said you were getting the money. After reading this review I can tell I made the right decision by rejecting your business.
