I can't say enough about the service I receive every time I go to snyder's Heather is the best customer service representative I have ever encountered. If she can't find what you need , no one has it. We all know how stressful finding parts for your RV can be. They really make you feel like part of the family .

Where to start? While Synder's RV boast of being established for 57 years maybe just maybe that is part of the problem? The establishment itself seems to be stuck in time. Times change. Business practices as well as mindset must be able to adequately adapt to change... that is if they want to stay relevant to all consumers (particularly in a social media society). They seem to operate by their own set of rules. I have used them over the years primarily out of convenience but that will no longer be the case. It is what it is.

This is truly a Family owned business! They treat you like Family as well. I called with some questions about repairs and add-ons, unfortunately Snyder's does not provide what I wanted. Fortunately and without hesitation Mr. Paul recommended two locations that could do the work I was looking for. That's what I call true customer service. . I highly recommend Snyder's RV
