image Understaffed. It's only one person here that is communicative. Like most places if you go here for an evaluation they will always tell you you need something, and they are influenced with governmental practices. Even if you're funded, be prepared to pay a $50 telehealth fee and an orientation fee of $50 as well. Kudos to Sara

image Name is not lydia anderson its mike anderson. Stay away. They will violate your hippa rights, refuse to give you your medical information. And when you ask to revoke any sort of signed releases they will avoid the request. Worst most unethical place i have been

image DO NOT COME HERE. Erin whoever I spoke with here told me this was the cheapest place and I wouldn't get cheaper than that. Which is a lie. Instead of helping people you lie? Crazy, immature, and unethical. Therefore instead of proceeding with a scam company I went to Real Solutions in Norfolk instead. They are cheaper, helpful, and speaks love and life to whoever walks into that door. So whoever is reading this, please switch to save HUNDREDS of dollars and not feel like you are getting scammed because those at Real Solutions treat you as an actual human.

image Scam, Scam, Scam, Scam, Scam. Takes the money and runs, asks for more, and hold patients hostage. Doesn't use HIPPA. Is not a valid business, and refused to refund a client who was incorrectly charged
Seeing to recover damages.

image I am editing this post one day after writing my original review. I spoke with someone named Tina who clearly gave me a direct answer to my questions and even came up with an agreement in Regards of the controlled medication I am on. She was going to bring it up to Brad and told me to plan on continuing the program. Well, Brad Taylor sent me a message saying that since I threatened/cited to file a formal complaint against his license to the board of counseling, then its best to no longer receive services from his office. The only reason they know of the complaint I formerly filed was because I told them I needed his license number to file the complaint. He is the owner of the business and the director of the programs and has the final say of each patients case. That itself is an ethical dilemma and it is not ok for people to treat those who sincerely need help like they are disposable. I filed the complaint today, formerly, since I could not file a complaint to a higher up. He has to have consequences for his actions and know that its not ok to treat people in such a way.
The staff are very nice. The director and owner Brad Taylor is not. He called me to discuss the medical marijuana protocol and never would give me a direct answer as to what I needed to do and why. He would take 5 mins to explain one thing speaking in circles saying the same thing using different words. When I would speak to try and clarify and get straight to the point, he got aggressive with me and said if I was going to interrupt him he was going to discharge me. He spoke, when I tried to ask or answer a question, he interrupted me again with the same thing until he finally said with a smirk sound narcissistic voice fine your discharged good luck. I have been compliant with this whole thing. I am not an addict. I work in healthcare and made a mistake 13 years ago in a different state. I just wanted to get my license back. Now I dont even know if its worth it anymore. People like Brad Taylor should not be allowed to work with mental health and substance abuse patients. The way he treated me makes me not want to continue to go through the program to get my license back. Imagine how people would feel when they are truly seeking the help and guidance of this office to truly stop using a substance. Brad Taylor is everything wrong with the stigma of substance abuse counselors and I would never refer to any of my patients to him. Instead of helping me move forward, he triggered a panic attack. I still dont have a direct answer to my continuation in the program.
