DO NOT RENT FROM THIS THIEF YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. TRIED TO MAKE PREVIOUS TENANTS AND HER BILLS MY PROBLEM, I LEFT. I HAVE THE LIGHT BILL SHE WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO GIVE ME. PLAIN AS DAY IT SAYS BALANCE FORWARD. THEN SHE SAID IT ONLY NEEDED PAINT AND A DOOR REPAIR , BUT I'M LIVING THERE NO FRIDGE, BAD PLUMBING, FLOORS BEING REDONE..WATER HEATER REPLACED TWICE. I REGRETTED THE 1 MONTH. BEWARE Had to change my number to get her to stop calling me. Didn't owe and wasn't staying

841 Juniper Crescent, Ches. VA is a complex made up of owners and rentals. Few units are owner occupied and the complex over the years looks run down and not cared for. Taylor Realty manages the property and it is ridiculous. There are 26 parking spots up front by the doors, owner paperwork states each unit gets (2). There are 14 units, (2) of which are vacant and (2) that are here possibly once a week. There are parking issues with rental units taking 8-10 spots up front where as customers of other units carrying large items cannot park. Taylor Realty states there are (6) for each unit on a first come first serve. This defies logic, let common sense prevail. Mark the up front spots and there would be far less complaints. There is over flowing trash at the dumpster items that none of the businesses use or sell i.e. mattresses, tires etc. There is a locked gate, these things seem to appear after hours. There is a drain pipe in between (2) of the units that the one unit owner has resorted putting a bucket to catch the drainage and keeping it from being all over the common side walk. There are abandoned vehicles behind the building with expired tags and inspections, one being expired from 2 years ago. The parking lot is atrocious and damaging to vehicles as can be seen from the photos There has been numerous complaints with no response. Now, $18,750 supposedly spent on this quality work to patch the parking lot.
