I recently sold a property in North Carolina and the closing was handled by the Gunther Law Group.  The person handling the transaction failed to wire the funds for my pay-off to my lender and as a result, an additional payment had to be made.  I only realized this as my mortgage was still active online.  When confronted by the situation, all the lawyer said was, "It was overlooked, sorry."  When you pay someone for a service and they do not deliver, it is a sure sign of their incompetence.  I highly recommend individuals DO NOT use the services of this Attorney in doing any type of timely transactions.
