Im new to the sewing game and I was gifted my grandmas old sewing machine. It works great however I threaded it wrong and it wasnt doing what is was supposed to. I took it to tidewater sew and vac and they fixed it up for me and showed me how to thread not only the sewing machine but the bobbin. Great customer service. Will be going there for now on!

I bought my first Sebo vacuum from Tidewater Sew-Vac after researching online and shopping around for several months. Erik was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and was willing to go into great detail about the vacuum's mechanics. I will defiantly be going back there for all my future vacuum and sewing machine business!

I have been a customer for many years and have always had wonderful service on sewing machine sales/repair and vaccum cleaner repairs. I recently took my Babylock Unity there for service and was asked when I would like it back, my answer was yesterday! They called me the same afternoon and told me it was repaired.
